#9: Yeah, that's not a bad idea. I've been pretty bad about bringing my little notebook with me on cardio days, and I don't travel the same distance every time like I did on the bike. But it's certainly worth trying.

They didn't say, but I think it was because there wasn't enough original content, since the majority of it was reposted from my blog.
